Our customer aimed to create a unique solution for the TV and video streaming market: a SaaS platform for video and audio professional broadcasters. Creoserver attempted to develop the solution themselves but faced challenges in complexity of the interface, and high latency when streaming directly to internet services.

We developed a web application with an optimal architecture that meets all requirements. Utilizing a microservice structure, we implemented a robust security system and created a user-friendly, functional admin panel. Additionally, we incorporated advanced protections against hacking and attacks.
We selected the optimal server configuration and installed Red5 Pro Media on a dedicated server to achieve maximum performance and minimize latency. Collaborating closely with the Red5 team, we clarified documentation to ensure a seamless setup.
For global user payments, we integrated Stripe and developed custom modules based on the Stripe API.
We implemented an effective notification system using Mailchimp and Mandrill. This included a triggered mailing system, controllable from the admin panel, to keep users and viewers informed.
For marketing purposes, we created an automatic system for discounts and coupons, with an upsell and cross-sell service system.
Zero delay, extra high quality, ability to use professional encoders like Teradek, make shoots in RTMP/RTSP/SRT formats, and convert it to WebRTC via a specialized media server that allows any viewer to connect. It helps the industry to work without limits just having an internet connection.
