We thoroughly researched the base business and technical architectures and then modified the system for functional scaling and optimization. A new architecture was created to align with the customer’s business flow.
After discussing the need to simplify and automate business processes, we added new functionalities. The app allows users to check information about each step of the workflow with push notifications, auto-generation of invoices for payment, and sending emails (certificates of completion).
For the convenience of users, we integrated the ability to work directly with local banks for all non-cash payments between customers and providers.

The admin panel allows customers to manage all aspects of the app, including order tracking and user management. It offers robust capabilities for handling VIP clients and suppliers, setting up notifications and reminders, and configuring system parameters.
